THE OFFICIAL TWANG TRUST SONG OF THE SUMMER
Every year, with great care to both musical essense and science, the staff and management of TwangTrust goes to great length to determine the Official Song of the Summer. Many factors are considered, such as lyrical content: Does the song mention summer? Does it reference summertime activities? Does it reference classic songs of summer past? Does it do none of these things, yet still contain the joy of a glorious summer day?

Does the song work equally well on the beach, the back porch and a Wal-Mart parking lot? And of course, the "Roll Down The Window & Let The Wind Blow Back Your Hair" quotient. After listening to every single song released by anyone, everywhere over the course of recent months, the annual honour is bestowed upon the winner on the Wednesday closest to the first day of summer.
